Honest and straight forward. Thien Nguyn is a stand up salesman. I came to him after years and 4 Lexus purchases at another dealership. Despite my loyalty, the other dealer did n Thien Nguyn is a stand up salesman. I came to him after years and 4 Lexus purchases at another dealership. Despite my loyalty, the other dealer did not reciprocate. So I left and found Thien. I have bought 2 Lexuses in 6 years from him and he has always been honest and straight to the point. They don’t nickel and dime or try to squeeze every conceivable penny from you. They’re honest. I’ll be back again. Thank you. More

i went to lexus for oil change they told me i have to do multiple things fixed i already have a warranty from other company i send the warranty pdf file to the service representative he said hello will get multiple things fixed i already have a warranty from other company i send the warranty pdf file to the service representative he said hello will get back to me next day but i never heard from him i am calling him from 3 days no response even to i call directly to southwest frwy they transferred the call and i waited for 30 minutes on hold nobody answer More
