thien is very professional he listens more . he is not too wordy plus he has pleasant personality. most importantly he is not pushy i meant to say he doesnt force you to take his opinions. of course he doesnt need to convince people to buy lexus. the car is proven and tested for durability. my next car? ... still lexus😍
