Extremely Dishonest My Dad leased 5 suv's from this dealership and remained loyal even when a dealer opened up closer to home. On his last lease there was a lapse in the My Dad leased 5 suv's from this dealership and remained loyal even when a dealer opened up closer to home. On his last lease there was a lapse in the delivery of his next lexus and the return of his current one. Management of Lexus said not to worry about it that they would take care of it if there was any problems. Needless to say they did not and placed my 85 year old Dad in Collections for the first time in his life. Way to appreciate loyalty over all these years. More

It’s the same thing over and over you get my story then the dealerships story and you always back the business. Me and my wife had three cars through Lexus and it would of have been more in the future. Sadly the service department in smithtown Lexus is absolutely horrendous, and lie to my wife putting words in my mouth to make them look good. Can’t wait to give this IS back when the lease is up. Media definitely is backing me since twice Smithtown Lexus didn’t help.

outstanding customer service I brought in my 2015 Rx for the oil change service. Made appointment and when i arrived I was greeted by Michael Biscardi He was extremely polite, I brought in my 2015 Rx for the oil change service. I dropped off the car at 815 and had it back by 1030, Got a free loaner car and the entire service was done right and propmtly.
