Dean the manager and Mauricio the service advisor are my main go-to guys but all the advisors are just the best I've ever dealt with. And while I and my wife were waiting in the lounge, a gentleman who I learned later is one of their sales consultants, came by and we had a heartfelt conversation about this awful Coronavirus thing. His name is Eric and we found him to be a real good guy who carried himself with class and a higher degree of sophistication than we've seen in a long time. This dealership just makes you feel important and glad you bought a Lexus. More

I am truly disappointed in the service department at Lexus of Serramonte. After years of sending out multiple surveys after each service appointment, have they learned nothing? Every time I tell myse Lexus of Serramonte. After years of sending out multiple surveys after each service appointment, have they learned nothing? Every time I tell myself that this is the last time I will give them my business but I have still gone back. Their location and proximity to my work and my son’s school gets me each time. But I will have to say that this was THE last time. After spending almost $1200 on repairs on my car, it is returned back to me with an obvious dent and several small dents on the rear passenger side. I bring it to the service representative’s attention and he says, “that looks like an old dent,” completely discounted my concern. An old dent? How do you know? Why dismiss my concern so quickly? Is it because I am an Asian female? I open that door every single day for my son (since the child safety lock is on) so I would notice that dent next to the door handle. It was not there when I dropped off the vehicle but was done by their technicians. The service rep said he would check the cameras and get back to me. Of course I have not heard back from them even after emails to their service manager. And honestly, I truly doubt the cameras would show anything. The car was under the care of Lexus the whole time, who else could have caused it? Their total lack of respect for my concern is what is so troubling and disappointing. More
