I was very pleased with my service. Mauricio Rodriguez, my Service Consultant, arranged to have my fuel pump and windshield replacement done in the same day, even though the office initially said I would h my Service Consultant, arranged to have my fuel pump and windshield replacement done in the same day, even though the office initially said I would have to come twice due to the lack of a part. I was dreading having to arrange transportation for 2 appointments. I was so pleased that Mauricio combined the services and gave me a loaner. He made everything so easy. Mauricio is the best! On August 10, 2020 I dropped my ES350 off for an oil change appointment at 8:15. At 12:00 noon I arrived at the Lexus in Serramonte to pick up my vehicle and discovered damage on the back drivers side d change appointment at 8:15. At 12:00 noon I arrived at the Lexus in Serramonte to pick up my vehicle and discovered damage on the back drivers side door ( large dent).i asked to speak to Pete and he didn’t acknowledge me. He’s very rude & unprofessional. I then spoke to the manager Dean and explained my situation. Dean told me his dent guy is only there M-W 8:40-11:30. And I could bring the vehicle by. He gDean went back inside the dealership and spoke to Pete. Pete came back out with an invoice and Dean told me he would need to look at the camera and get back to me At 5 minutes to 5:00 pm this very same day, Dean called and left a voicemail stating he didn’t get a chance to check the camera. This is very disappointing. Why should I wait for Dean to view the camera? I feel he’s covering up for his employee Pete. While my husband was waiting outside for me he observed Pete driving wreckless while parking another customer’s car. This is unacceptable and this explains the negligence the on the dealership. Never in my 40 plus years have I ever had an experience of where I left my car in good hands and having my vehicle returned with damage. If you could reach out to this dealership and get my vehicle repaired. I will not be returning to this dealership and may never purchase another Lexus in the future. Pete doesn’t even deserve one star. He deserves zero stars. He’s made my experience a terrible one. More
