For routi I have been dealing with Lexus of Serramonte for about 25 years. I work with Pete McConnell a lot and have come to expect excellent service. For routine service I am told up front what is needed and when the car will be done. Usually I just wait in their very clean, comfortable lounges. If not, there is always a clean, well kept loaner available. For larger repairs they provide a quick diagnosis and estimate of cost and time. They are rarely wrong. My car is always returned well cleaned both inside and out. Having dealt with other car dealerships I can only say I am very glad I found Lexus of Serramonte More

Great Customer service I made an appointment for routine service however the service rep noticed fluid covering a strut in my front wheel well. I picked up my car the next afternoon and was only charged for my oil change as the additional repairs were warranty covered. More
