I’ve taken my car in a day before a trip and because they found a crack in my radiator, I was able to get a loaner car while Great service department! Matt Richardson is a great service advisor that I’ve worked with several times. He always goes above and beyond to give me updates and tries his best to work within my budget. I’ve had a lot of cars and have gone to a lot of dealerships, but I’m very happy with Lexus and their outstanding level of care from start to finish. More

My car is at 140000 miles(purchased new) and its running great! Eddie is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The service center has been able to fit me in with last minute issues such as tire blowouts. I also really enjoy being able to work out of their lounge where they provide WiFi. More
Service Adviser Matt Richardson I brought my 2016 GS 350 FS in due to a squeaking noise in the brakes, and my service adviser was MATT RICHARDSON. After inspection I was told that th I brought my 2016 GS 350 FS in due to a squeaking noise in the brakes, and my service adviser was MATT RICHARDSON. After inspection I was told that the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced (with only 11.5K miles on the 2 year old vehicle). I was NOT expecting to have to replace these brake parts this early in my vehicle's life, but MATT RICHARDSON'S service made things 100x better. MATT explained things from the beginning very clearly, and went above and beyond to price the service job at an incredible rate which would not have been matched anywhere else. Although I'm still perturbed at the extremely short life span of the brake parts of my vehicle, MATT RICHARDSON'S customer service more than made up for it, thanks again MATT! More
Happy service I bought my RX 450h for the 20k service and tire replacement. Service was expected to take about 90 mins and when Lenny found out the replacement tire I bought my RX 450h for the 20k service and tire replacement. Service was expected to take about 90 mins and when Lenny found out the replacement tire was not in stock and wouldn’t be ready till the afternoon, I was offered a loaner. Unfortunately they were out of loaners but I was offered a rental unit from Hertz. More
