I've had an extremely bad time working with the sales department at Lexus of Serramonte. They sold me a car without disclosing multiple issues, and have been extremely difficult to work with in amending department at Lexus of Serramonte. They sold me a car without disclosing multiple issues, and have been extremely difficult to work with in amending the situation. This car needed thousands of dollars of repairs. Every time I call they tell me to talk to someone else, who is conveniently on vacation. My bank notified me of some clerical errors on their part, which they have also not amended despite my MANY phone calls and visits. Maybe it's because I'm a woman, multiple staff members were extremely patronizing. I do NOT recommend them in any way, especially with the used cars. Don't even bother. More
