I am sure there are competent repair shops, but non as full service and efficient as Serramonte Lexus in my 10 years of owning the car. The staff makes the difference. Dean Dean the Dancing Machine De Castro has provided attentive service and humor for these last 10 years. And the staff speaks every language and is multi-cultural. More

When I was scheduling my annual service appointment I was told I would be dropped off at The Bart station - in order to get back home! I had to guilt you're management out in order to be driven home. That use to be part of the service. Really? Shame on you. Having owned 3 Lexus vehicles and having encouraged others to purchase the vehicles. I'm loosing loyalty. All of your service employees are exceptional - especially Eddie. Those that answer the phone need training.
