Safety Recall Responded to a notice from Lexus that an airbag inflator on my 2009 IS-250 needed to be replaced. I went to Lexus of Serramonte to do the work. My service advisor Randy was prompt, courteous and arranged for me to get a rental car so I'd be able to leave my car overnight and get back home to San Francisco. Everything was seamless from dropping the car off, getting the rental from Toyota and getting a callback from Randy the following morning that my car was ready. There was no charge for the service because it was a manufacturers recall but, I was treated as a valued customer regardless. Great experience. More

Quick, great service I came in for my first service. I had an appointment but due to traffic I was 30 minutes late.
