Excellent Customer Service Vy Le and all Staff! I had heard of the Lexus NX and sent an online inquiry. Vy Le got back to me right away and helped me make an appointment the next day. We reviewed t I had heard of the Lexus NX and sent an online inquiry. Vy Le got back to me right away and helped me make an appointment the next day. We reviewed the options, he showed me the cars, and then we reviewed the options to lease or buy. He demonstrated how to use the car, took my car as trade in to help cover the down payment. I opted for leasing and drove away with a new 2017 NX! Couldn't be more thrilled. The Finance Manager Danna Ye explained everything carefully and in detail. She was pleasant, personable and courteous. There was a lot of paperwork but that's not her fault. She was a pleasure to deal with! All in all, a 100% satisfied customer. More
