When I was scheduling my annual service appointment I was told I would be dropped off at The Bart station - in order to get back home! I had to guilt you're management out in order to be driven home. That use to be part of the service. Really? Shame on you. Having owned 3 Lexus vehicles and having encouraged others to purchase the vehicles. I'm loosing loyalty. All of your service employees are exceptional - especially Eddie. Those that answer the phone need training. Just noted in the multiple choice "The dealership picked up and dropped off my vehicle at home or at the office." Where does that happen? More

Safety Recall Responded to a notice from Lexus that an airbag inflator on my 2009 IS-250 needed to be replaced. I went to Lexus of Serramonte to do the work. My ser Responded to a notice from Lexus that an airbag inflator on my 2009 IS-250 needed to be replaced. I went to Lexus of Serramonte to do the work. My service advisor Randy was prompt, courteous and arranged for me to get a rental car so I'd be able to leave my car overnight and get back home to San Francisco. Everything was seamless from dropping the car off, getting the rental from Toyota and getting a callback from Randy the following morning that my car was ready. There was no charge for the service because it was a manufacturers recall but, I was treated as a valued customer regardless. Great experience. More
