In my head I was already defensive thinking they are going to try to gouge me and sell me a car I did not even come in to buy. I met the representative Yury upon my arrival. Yury asked me specific questions about why and what I needed. He then presented me with 4-5 that fit this profile. Patiently explained the features inside the car, and we decided to make an offer. We asked for concessions and received those, and the dealership was prompt with getting those installed ASAP.
