We emailed info back and forth until the day before the purchase where I made one simple phone call to make sure that he was working and the hours worked for Fernando, me and my wife since we were driving from Fresno. Fernanado was very knowledgeable about specs about the car. The best thing I liked about Fernando was that he was upfront with the pricing he gave us, which happened to be the best offer I found after inquiring 5 different dealerships. Larry was very laid back and funny as the finance guy and gave us the option to choose whatever additional warranties we wanted with no added pressure.
