I've had bait and switch experiences with other dealership when it comes to published lease offers vs. what's actually offered at the stores. Not here. Sales Manager Ken Liu gave me an accurate estimate over email and we were able to negotiate an even better deal on a slightly more upgraded vehicle in person. Salesman Steve Bailey was laid-back and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was not rushing me through the test drive as others tend to do. Best of all there was a complete absence of high pressure tactics so typical of most dealerships. I drove the car, negotiated the deal, and then went home to talk it over with my partner. The next day the car and the deal were still there and I was able to complete everything and drive away in under 2 hours. This was probably the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had and I highly recommend this dealership and staff. More

1 hour 20 min for an oil change with no car wash I was early to my appointment and had told the Service Adviser that I had only 1 hour as I had another meeting to get to, I think 1 hour is a reasonab I was early to my appointment and had told the Service Adviser that I had only 1 hour as I had another meeting to get to, I think 1 hour is a reasonable amount of time for a regular oil change with no car wash. After 50 min I asked for an ETA and it sounded like they haven't even started to service my car yet, I said I needed my car back and have to leave, instead they kept me waiting longer as they started working on my car and made me late to my next meeting. Worst part was after leaving the shop I had to pull off the highway because my hood was flapping as it was not closed all the way! Lucky the hood did not fly up on me do damage or worse at 65 mph! More
