The service center has been able to fit me in with last minute issues such as tire blowouts. I also really enjoy being able to work out of their lounge where they provide WiFi. More
Service Adviser Matt Richardson I brought my 2016 GS 350 FS in due to a squeaking noise in the brakes, and my service adviser was MATT RICHARDSON. After inspection I was told that th I brought my 2016 GS 350 FS in due to a squeaking noise in the brakes, and my service adviser was MATT RICHARDSON. After inspection I was told that the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced (with only 11.5K miles on the 2 year old vehicle). I was NOT expecting to have to replace these brake parts this early in my vehicle's life, but MATT RICHARDSON'S service made things 100x better. MATT explained things from the beginning very clearly, and went above and beyond to price the service job at an incredible rate which would not have been matched anywhere else. Although I'm still perturbed at the extremely short life span of the brake parts of my vehicle, MATT RICHARDSON'S customer service more than made up for it, thanks again MATT! More

All questions have been answered, details of possible options and features have been explained very well, assistance with test drive was perfect, suggestions on instruments usage were very helpful and just on time. We've also got very good discounts on a brand new, fully loaded model. Choosing the right car was very easy since they had many cars with different options to choose from. I've been a BMW's die hard follower for many years and we still have two of those cars in our family, but due many problems with maintenance and very poor reliability decided to give Lexus a try. No regrets so far, only benefits. If everything goes well with Lexus, we'll continue reducing our BMW fleet. The only suggestion for Lexus corp - since BMW to Lexus migration seems to be very massive these days, you might want to consider an option with a hardened suspension that we get used to. More
Happy service I bought my RX 450h for the 20k service and tire replacement. Service was expected to take about 90 mins and when Lenny found out the replacement tire I bought my RX 450h for the 20k service and tire replacement. Service was expected to take about 90 mins and when Lenny found out the replacement tire was not in stock and wouldn’t be ready till the afternoon, I was offered a loaner. Unfortunately they were out of loaners but I was offered a rental unit from Hertz. More

Wonderful, orphaned 250h get excellent service. My service advisor, Eddie, makes visiting the dealership a pleasant experience. Mechanics seem to know how to keep the car in great shape.
