Keyfob I purchased a used 2015 GS 350’and needed a second keyfob . The whole experience was great ! I was welcomed to Lexus by the front desk and mentioned I purchased a used 2015 GS 350’and needed a second keyfob . The whole experience was great ! I was welcomed to Lexus by the front desk and mentioned that I had an appt with Omar . In just a few minutes Omar had greeted me and mentioned to me it would take about 20-30minutes to have the key programmed . He was exact ! 20 minutes to have it done !👍🏻Omar was very professional and actually listened to me during our conversation even though I probably rambled on about my new used car ( that I absolutely love ! ) Thanks Omar !!! Besides my 110k mile service and 4 new tire, i requested by 220 volt be checked and wiper blades be replaced. I had to remind them of the 220 volt since it was not on the original service request. I got home and realized that they didnt change the wiper blades either. Luckily I didn't get charged....Over all they are a fantastic team and always takes excellent care of their clients. More
