Bought a new 2019 ES 350 F Sport from Jorge Loo, the Sales Manager, who not only offered me a great price for the car, but provided me with excellent, professional, and outstanding service not only during the sale, but also after. Everything went smoothly, except for one minor thing, that Jorge took care of immediately! From start to finish, I was out the door in three hours. Paid cash Didn’t send title for a month We purchased a brand new Lexus on Dec 18th. We paid cash and they were to deliver the car to us in Oregon, on Jan 11th. After 10 calls they finally confirmed delivery on the 16th but no title has come to us yet. They didn’t return calls and now informed us that there is more paperwork to be signed in order to get title. The car is sitting in the garage and we can’t drive it.
