Excellent service! I reluctantly brought in my car with an unusual and sporadic “squawking “ noise from my brakes. I didn’t think they would diagnose my poor symptomatic I reluctantly brought in my car with an unusual and sporadic “squawking “ noise from my brakes. I didn’t think they would diagnose my poor symptomatic car. But the tech was able to pick up on the very first “squawk”. To make this story short, Lexus of Daly City and my assigned service consultant , Dante Navarro, took care of this issue expediently. I was on my way with a loaner car and my car was ready the following day. He kept me abreast of the repair and explained everything to me. This experience was very non-stressful and Dante and the entire Lexus team were very professional and accommodating. I have been a Lexus owner for over 20 years and will continue to be one. Excellent Service Lexus of Serramonte is not my regular dealer, but they treated me like I was a regular customer. I had bad gas in my fuel tank.
