Lexus of Serramonte worked hard to earn our business I went in to look at a 2019 Lexus RX 450h that I found online. After having conversations with Steve Bailey via email, I scheduled an appointment for I went in to look at a 2019 Lexus RX 450h that I found online. After having conversations with Steve Bailey via email, I scheduled an appointment for a Friday afternoon. A couple hours before my appointment, Steve called to confirm that I was coming in so that he could make sure that the vehicle was still available for me since there was interest in the vehicle from other customers and dealerships. When I arrived, Steve was straightforward sticking to the quote that he gave me online and giving me a fair price on my trade-in. For a while it looked like the deal was not going to happen since we were a ways apart on numbers, but with the help of Ken, his manager, and some creativity on their part they were able to get me the deal that I wanted. Both Steve and Ken went above and beyond to make sure that we got a deal that we were comfortable and happy with. Every step of the way, Steve made sure to be above board in what they were doing and keep us informed in the process without forcing us into something we weren't comfortable with. Allen in Finance was professional and low key without trying to sell us something that we weren't interested in.
