I came in looking for a new NX300, and I was very happy working with Raj and Vy, they were both really nice and tried to accommodate for what I was asking for. He was very short, rude, and clippy with me. I was trying to negotiate to see if they would throw in a couple of floor mats for free as we couldn't negotiate the price anymore which is understandable. Instead of trying to be nice and friendly, he decided to attack my mother who works at USPS, and had the audacity to comment and say well at the post office you don't give out free stamps do you? To which from her shock, she said she would if she could. I've never in my experience working in customer service and having purchased cars at other dealerships ever witnessed something so blatantly rude. Having already worked with Vy for the deal, we still purchased the car as Vy offered a discount on the mats instead. However, if Lexus continues to have this type of management, I don't see them selling many cars. More

I was very pleased with my service. Mauricio Rodriguez, my Service Consultant, arranged to have my fuel pump and windshield replacement done in the same day, even though the office initially said I would h my Service Consultant, arranged to have my fuel pump and windshield replacement done in the same day, even though the office initially said I would have to come twice due to the lack of a part. I was dreading having to arrange transportation for 2 appointments. I was so pleased that Mauricio combined the services and gave me a loaner. He made everything so easy. Mauricio is the best! Darryl was knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me up to date via phone and text about the status of my service.
