Gerry Balisi was very professional! He answered all our questions. He gave us honest advises and was very patience with us. I like the fact that he explained to us about my old lease contract which helped questions. He gave us honest advises and was very patience with us. I like the fact that he explained to us about my old lease contract which helped us realized that it was really time to trade in that car. He let us test drove the RX350 and I liked it. Then came back and started our negotiation in his office. He came back with some numbers and explained to us the options and we understood right away. I am so happy with my new RX350 . I'm also grateful that he even gave us some tips and how to use the new features that we didn't have in our old car, ie, apps. Super thankful that he also helped us reprogrammed our GPS, paired our phones, etc. Not only he is a very smart man, he had a very positive attitude and smiled all those time he was helping us despite the long day process!
