We had the most pleasant car buying experience with this dealership. Within 15 minutes after requesting a quote online, we were contacted to schedule an appointment to test drive. Upon arrival, after a short wait, we went for a test drive and then started the paper work. From arrival to driving off with our new car, it took only 3 hours. Before we drove off, the sales person went through all the controls and features of the car. It was our first hybrid, so we were not familiar with some of the controls.
