I found a car on their website, sent my friend to check it out and after he drove it, I said I want to buy it. Very simple transaction for salesman you would think, I submitted my docs and finance applicat it out and after he drove it, I said I want to buy it. Very simple transaction for salesman you would think, I submitted my docs and finance application immediately. It took me 3 days and multiple phone calls to get an answer from finance department. I had to go all the way up to sales manager George and finance manager Danna. Along with approval though, I was told I have to pay extra $1200 for some paint protection and alarm system, after some back and forth it was reduced to $800. I would normally walk away, but this time I needed a car asap and agreed to pay extra $800. On the contract it still looks like optional service, but over the phone I was told I can’t waive it. Sales person Mauricio, never told me about additional charges. He never returned phone calls and expressed 0 interest assisting me until management got involved. He informed me over the phone that dealership’s priority is “people on the floor”, the fact that I am not from California makes me less of a customer. Very unprofessional, slow and dishonest salesman. Be aware, listed prices on their website don’t include that not very optional paint protection and some alarm system. More
