Lexus of Serramonte was wonderful. Viewed a 2023 Lexus RX350h with 6,500 miles in the colors and options we wanted. This was a service loaner vehicle in perfect condition. I called and Viewed a 2023 Lexus RX350h with 6,500 miles in the colors and options we wanted. This was a service loaner vehicle in perfect condition. I called and started the purchase process online, worked out the financials, and made an appointment to see the RX, test drive, and complete the purchase. This was very convenient as we are about 200 miles away in Fresno CA area. We worked with Yen and she was wonderful with great communication. Overall, great experience, honest with the numbers, very competitive pricing and wonderful management and staff! More

The second you walk into this dealership you receive help and the best hospitality I have ever seen. I had all my questions answered and even more! Steve Bailey was by far the best as he was extremely knowle and the best hospitality I have ever seen. I had all my questions answered and even more! Steve Bailey was by far the best as he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He helped me narrow down the cars as I did not know much before going into the dealership. He was fantastic and I love the car I purchased. Truly this dealership has some of the nicest people working there and all very helpful. If I ever purchase a car again I will 100% go back to Steve as he knows what he is doing and was extremely nice. Best dealership! More
