Buying process itself was fine. .. I was buying my auto then having it shipped to me in Eugene, OR. They setup everything and had the car shipped out.... it wasn't until I tried to g .. They setup everything and had the car shipped out.... it wasn't until I tried to get my license plates with the title and paperwork after the sell did it become a nightmare. Unable to get anyone on the phone... called my sales guy who usually was easy to get a hold of... wouldn't text me back or answer my calls. Called multiple.times.and left voice mails on the main dealership phone... total ghosting.... I've never dealt with anything like this..Very unprofessional behavior and I would never do business with them again. More
