Felt and handled like new! I'm completely satisfied! I'm a long-time customer, 18 years, and Lexus of Seattle is the only place I take my 2005 ES for service. I even buy my tires there! My wife drives a 2017 RX, her first Lexus (as a skier she drove Volvos for years) and now understands why I am so loyal to Lexus of Seattle. More

All-in-all, between the two of them I was able to find, test-drive, purchase, and drive off in a great car in a single afternoon. Also, highly suggest the Lexus Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Got mine w/ only 20k miles on it, no accident/damage history, 25k less than original MSRP, 2 years of free service, and extended Lexus warranty until 2026. More

I found one at the Lexus of Seattle d THIS REVIEW IS FOR ANDY HU AT LEXUS OF SEATTLE: For a week and a half I was researching a used Toyota Tacoma. I found one at the Lexus of Seattle dealership. I called multiple times letting ANDY know that I was interested in the Truck and let him know all the information he needed to make the process as easy as possible when I got there. I gave him my VIIN number to my trade in, talking the price of the Toyota Tacoma and what I wanted to pay and told him the exact day I would be there. When we talked on the phone he said we could make something happen with the price I wanted wanted to pay. So fast forward to last Saturday March 9, 2019. I drove all the way from the Kitsap Peninsula from Silverdale to come see the truck and meet with ANDY at 9:00AM at the Lexus Dealership of Seattle. The drive was about an hour and a half. When I got there, he was late to the appointment and right off the back I could tell his customer service skills were not very good. Not friendly at all, didn't seem like he wanted to be there and was rude and very short with me. We went out to the truck and looked around at it and he was not impressed by my two other friends reaction to it or my reaction to it. Something didn't look right with the front of the truck. He then asked if I wanted to test drive the truck and I agreed to do it. Tell me anyone?!?! What kind of a test drive is going around the corner of the dealership and around into the back entrance, I barely made it to 20 MPH before I put it back in the lot. Then he wanted to go back in the dealership to talk numbers and my friends and I literally sat there for five minutes while he said there is no way I can get it down to the price you want or even work with you to bring the car price down. He continued and said if this deal is not right for you then you can go down the street and there is a Toyota dealership not even five minutes away. Little did he know he had a willing buyer for the truck and one of my friends was even thinking about getting a Lexus. Man, how are you going to turn down two sales???? So my friends and I ended up going to Magic Toyota in Lynwood and I bought a BRAND NEW 2019 Toyota Tacoma for less than the price he was trying to sell me on the 2018 Toyota Tacoma with 7,000 miles on it and a questionable looking front end. I don't expect terrible service from a Lexus dealer. I would expect terrible service from a rinky dink place in the middle of no where but not something as top notch as a Lexus dealership. It is sad a veteran of this country, a DOD employee, a 28 year old young man and a willing buyer was treated so poorly. Never again will I step foot in this place and I hope everyone who reads this goes to anyone but ANDY HU at Lexus of Seattle. Sincerely, Matt Peters More
