We have been looking for a newer GX 460 for some time now, with no luck. Then we called Lexus of Seattle in response to a car posted on Auto Trader. My husband was lucky enough to speak with Mike Dargd now, with no luck. Then we called Lexus of Seattle in response to a car posted on Auto Trader. My husband was lucky enough to speak with Mike Dargdor in the sales department and when he got off the phone he told me, "I think our search is over!" Mike had 3 cars for us to look at, each at least $3000 less than the many other dealerships we'd been shopping AND all 3 cars had the Lexus Certified Warranty. These cars had all been thoroughly checked out by their service department, detailed until they were indistinguishable from a new Lexus and any would have worked for our needs. We drove 4 hours from E. Washington, test drove the car that best fit our needs, worked with Mike and were out of Seattle in two hours. It was the easiest car deal we have ever experienced!! I would highly recommend that you work with Mike Dargdor. He is so helpful, so knowledgeable, so friendly, so fair and just made the whole process painless. We LOVE our new Lexus and I will work with this dealership again. Mike's mobile is 206-476-6878. All I can say is CALL HIM! More

You never really know what you’re gonna get with the whole “buying a car from a dealership experience” - but unfortunately the stereo types are often true. However this time, they weren’t.. - I’ve bought lots of cars from a lot of different places and the guy who helped me find the right car for me was Chris Talamantez. He worked with the used car manager Matt and they both went over and above for me to leave feeling taken care of and prepared with everything needed in buying a vehicle. Not to mention, they gave me a great deal. Anyways, I’m truly grateful for businesses that still care more about the person than they do the paycheck. Priorities were right at Lexus of Seattle. More
Tired to order an RX through them with COSTCO. Gave them $1000 deposit which three weeks later was not cashed. Contacted the GSM to find out why and also if our special order had been put in right away(thr $1000 deposit which three weeks later was not cashed. Contacted the GSM to find out why and also if our special order had been put in right away(three weeks ago). Could not get an answer in writing. Called the dealership. Asked the person who answered to speak with the General Sales Manager. They walked the phone in to him and I could here them tell him that it was me on the phone. His answer was: I DONT WANT TO TALK TO HIM. I immediately put a stop order in on the check and sent an email to the General Manager of the dealership with a CC to the GSM and the sales man. The GSM did call to apologize but at that point I told him to terminate the order. The General Manager of Lexus of Seattle has yet to contact me yet with an explanation of how any of this could have happened at a Holman Auto group dealer. Leadership starts at the top and it is obvious they are failing. I will be contacting the Holman group to tell them about the HORRIBLE customer service experience I had. More
