The service at Lexus Seattle is impeccable - every single time I visit. My service advisor, Mark, is so thorough and so nice to do business with. Their waiting room is very nice with lots of seating and free time I visit. My service advisor, Mark, is so thorough and so nice to do business with. Wayne was great and very accommodating since we needed to bring our shy toddler with us! We appreciated that he didn't suffocate us, gave us space and time alone so we could discuss the car, wasn't pushy AT bring our shy toddler with us! My parents bought a few Lexuses ( ok, whats the plural? Haha) through this dealership and serviced their cars here and always praised the dealership up and down. So coming here to buy our family car here was perfect, we are 100% coming back when we are ready to replace our commuter. Hopefully Wayne is still there!! Don't let him retire anytime soon. :) More

After a month of test driving almost everything I came in with the intent of purchasing a specific car. I have never had a worse experience in any dealer I have ever been in. He was extremely pushy and tried to get me to sign a hand written piece of paper that said “I will drive and buy today” while my boyfriend was in the bathroom. For over a week now I have been getting harassed by text and multiple voicemails to purchase the car. I replied to Christopher’s text to no longer contact me as I am not interested after the horrible experience I have received. He replied a week later apologizing for the bad experience and left me a voicemail a few minutes later asking if I was still interested in purchasing a car. I was going to purchase the car from a different dealer but at this point I have written Lexus off entirely. If you enjoy being harassed about a car purchase and the sales representative not respecting your wishes to be contacted further, Christopher is your guy.
