High end luxury cars are pretty similar these days so when it comes right down to it, it's the on-going service that makes for a great or less than great experience for a car owner. Working with Adam He when it comes right down to it, it's the on-going service that makes for a great or less than great experience for a car owner. Working with Adam Hendry has made owning my 2008 GS350AWD a great experience. He is friendly, patient, responsive to calls and e-mails and very thorough. He does things like going the extra mile to keep me updated if a service call needs to take longer than expected. If I am waiting on-site, he will personally come out to let me know what's happening or if I'm using a loaner car, he'll call me. The fact that loaner cars are available is a huge plus, too, since there isn't a Lexus that's convenient to my home or office. Also, in this day and age of less than satisfying customer service, being able to work with someone directly who really understands what customer loyalty is all about is a real plus! More
