CORY BURROUGHS arranged for service and recall work (spring valves & fuel lines) on our GS 350. We had a minor brake squeak and thought a simple blow-out of accumulated pad dust would solve the problem. CORY, instead, replaced the brakes on warranty! "Safety first," he says. He provided us with a new loaner car for the time our car would be tied up. This is typical of "Lexus of Seattle's" attention to detail and safety that brings us back. (My wife wants a new SUV from you this Spring before our annual trip north to Alaska). We always ask for CORY as he is always cheerful and takes the time to explain what is and is not needed. We have confidence in his knowledge and appreciate his attention (and patience) to our needs and questions. As a 35-year (retired) civil service manager, I appreciate his people skills. He has the best asset of all---a good attitude! More

Once again I received the top notch care I have always expected at Lexus of Seattle. My car started making strange noises and would not accelerate. I got it home and called Lexus late on a Saturday aftern expected at Lexus of Seattle. My car started making strange noises and would not accelerate. I got it home and called Lexus late on a Saturday afternoon. Cory answered my call and arranged immediately to have a tow truck come by my house. By late Monday afternoon, the problem had been diagnosed, quoted and ultimatley repaired within a reasonable amount. My concern regarding getting to Lynnwood was not an issue since they provide the greatest service of all....they come and get you! Sweet Sarah arrived and got me to my car safe and sound. Some day I will have the ability to purchase a new car and no doubt I will be on my way to Lexus of Seattle! More

I had been dealing with a rogue tire and the tire company for at least a month. The tire was out of balance and the problem couldn't be solved. The tire dealer even said there was probably something wrong with the car and not the tire. Kevin spoke to the tire manager, described the problem and did not take NO for an answer. End result, problem solved and I was on my way. The car drives like a dream -- and it should it's a LEXUS. Once again thanks for everything Kevin!!!! More
