I have had miserable experiences purchasing cars, so I just let Dan Edland, who greeted us thinking my 1998 ES300 was there for service, show us some pre-owned models. He patiently walked us through the impressive selection of Certified RX350's, and after a painless test drive, he actually rode with us to our home and picked up our trade in. That simply never happens, unless you're dealing with a high caliber group like Lexus of Seattle. Everything about the experience was painless, even working with Jennifer Duffy on the financing paperwork. I would definitely give them my business in the future. More

He was so pleasant and welcomed our interest in the vehicle. We indicated that we will drive from Spokane to Lynwood on Sunday, and he set us up with Dan. Dan called us on Saturday afternoon confirming that he would meet us there Sunday morning. He checked in once again on Sunday morning to check on our arrival time. Dan is so personable, and kind to make us feel so welcome at the dealership. We were comfortable letting him know what we were prepared to do, and he communicated effectively representing the dealership professionally, but also we felt he was committed to pleasing us and ultimately be able to get the vehicle we came for. Overall, the deal was done in a very reasonable timeframe and I can honestly say that he made the process enjoyable and we felt fair for both the seller and buyer that does not always happen. Tamir was extremely knowledgeable as I asked question after question regarding why I should go the Lexus route over some of the "bigger" names. He was patient and I never felt pressured throughout the entire sales process. I have already told a few friends about my positive experience at Lexus of Seattle, and Tamir in particular, and can't thank him and the rest of the sales team enough for providing a wonderful environment for what could have very easily been a stressful process.
