Melissa was so helpful in getting the technology explained to us. She was never frustrated-- even when we found the technology a little challenging! My daughter and I went to their location in Lynnwood and were walking through the used car section and we met a young sales person named Tamir Lehrer. He showed us the cars we were interested in and let us take a couple of them for test drives. We ended up buying one of the cars that afternoon - a '07 Honda Civic. I've purchased several cars since I started driving over 35 years ago and I can easily say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I never felt pressured by Tamir or his sales manager or the finance person. The whole dealership was very hospitality minded: comfortable seating, fresh-baked cookies, an on-site barista to make us the coffee drinks of our choice, etc. More
