Overall experience is what we would expect from a Lexus dealership. The staff was friendly and the final price paid for our new 2015 ES350 was awesome. Jennifer, Rebecca and Pauline were super. Could have visited with them all day! Duane was very knowledgeable with the car and all its bells and whistles. The car is beautiful. Just what the wife wanted. Absolutely NO buyers remorse.
