Excellent Service Experience at Lexus Of Seattle I had bought a brand new Lexus FSport and in couple of weeks I noticed few scratches on my dashboard. I was NOT sure of the reason and hence drove the I had bought a brand new Lexus FSport and in couple of weeks I noticed few scratches on my dashboard. I was NOT sure of the reason and hence drove the Car to Lexus Dealership after scheduling appointment with Kevin. Kevin assured me that he will look into and gather few details and would update me. The turnaround was really quick and he NOT only ensured that I get a Loaner vehicle well on time BUT also delighted me by fixing the issue on my dashboard in surprisingly quick time. It has been a a wonderful experience on my first uncalled for service :-) where I was NOT charged a dime. I look forward to have an equally sound experience with the Scheduled ones. As for my car, the dealer noted a few other items that were needed and we had those done as well.
