Dear Mr. Cowen, we have looked extensively into the issue with your battery. We have sent you a check reimbursing you for parking and towing of your car and three of our managers have been relentlessly trying to get a hold of you to get your car battery replaced at no cost to you. We have done everything we can to remedy this issue on our own. In order to get the issue fully resolved it is necessary for you to make an appointment with our service department to get a brand new battery installed in your car at no cost to you. We have gone above and beyond to properly take care of this issue and we hope that you will return our calls so we can get you a new battery and fully resolve this situation. Mr. Cowen regardless of how much money a guest spends at our dealership we will always treat them equally. We have gone to great lengths to remedy your situation including paying for your towing, parking and new battery. We have tried reaching out to you to make things right and done everything that we can. We are extremely sorry that you felt your experience at our dealership was not exemplary but we have done everything we can. When buying a used vehicle issues can arise and we have gone to great lengths to fix the problem at no cost to you.
