Dan Edland was who we dealt with and from him to the finance manager, the professionalism from everyone was so great. We came just before closing and stayed very late that evening finalizing everything and everyone held such high professionalism despite a very busy and late evening with other customers besides us. We really appreciated Dan's understanding of what we wanted and saving us a lot of frustration in the back and forth of negotiating. We will refer him to anyone we know looking for a car. Thank you, Dan for your knowledge and professionalism. More
Poor quality control review after six months of ownership. After paying top price for things like protection for door handles or for trunk sill protection, application of both areas looks wretched, with lots of adhesive bleeding from the area and outlining the protective area in black grunge. Kuni, perhaps you need to have someone who knows what they are doing apply these treatments?? When that friendly finance person pressures you --- just say no. Not worth it. My sense is that the dealership values profit over all else. Can not reccomend. More

They make you feel at home It has yet to be that I have taken my car with 70,000+ miles into the dealership for anything more than it's 3,000 mile check up and any applicable tw It has yet to be that I have taken my car with 70,000+ miles into the dealership for anything more than it's 3,000 mile check up and any applicable tweaks needed due to a 25,000, 50,000 or something similar, checkup. There was one recall that had to be done. Like everything else, it was done and completed on time. The only time that was not the case, it was due to a part that had to be shipped in from another part of the country. They gave me a loaner car which I was able to return the next day. From the person who answers the phone, to the person who greets me, and many times brings me a cup of coffee, to the nice young woman who prepares the lovely coffees and cookies to the service manager himself and everyone else in the service area, I could not ask for a nice group of people to trust my car to. I have never had to bring it back because something wasn't properly fixed the first time. More

They then offered him a gift card to remedy the situation but said that we had to take down this review to receive it. Not only is that completely despicable that is just bad business practice and proof that this place is filled with poor leadership and poor ethical judgement all around. I have adjusted the review from 2 stars down to 1 star because of this ridiculously unethical practice. A friend and I went to look at a used car that they had advertised and decided to purchase the vehicle. The sales guy that we dealt with was very pushy in his sales tactics and when I asked to find a hill to test the car out on he said he didn't know where any hills were around there. (Seriously, you don't know where hills or how the roads are around your own dealership?) We decided to purchase the car after some more testing and the sales process felt extremely rushed. However after being rushed through the process we were left sitting there for over an hour waiting to get into finance without being told what was going on. Steven Chung our sales guy said he would be right back and then left us with no explanation and we saw him working with other customers. After going through finance the girl in the finance department put all the paperwork on a flash drive and then forgot to give it to us. The only helpful person there was a sales associate named Emir that apologized for the delay and was actually able to get us some help. The lack of service we received was inexcusable for a dealership of this caliber. More

Bad Service Arrived on site to look at the IS 250. Dan came out and asked if I had some questions. I asked him if they have any IS 250 with just the F-sport package, he told me no. I then asked him why would the lexus website allow me to build one if they don't make it. He said he didn't know and told me to research and come back, he gave me his card and left. He never let me look at the interior or sit inside the car. He spent about a minute with me and left. He probably didn't think I was a serious buyer. Worst customer service i've had at a dealership. I went to them instead of bellevue because of the high ratings online, but I guess all those ratings were BS. Wouldn't recommend. More

Excellent Service Experience at Lexus Of Seattle I had bought a brand new Lexus FSport and in couple of weeks I noticed few scratches on my dashboard. I was NOT sure of the reason and hence drove the I had bought a brand new Lexus FSport and in couple of weeks I noticed few scratches on my dashboard. I was NOT sure of the reason and hence drove the Car to Lexus Dealership after scheduling appointment with Kevin. Kevin assured me that he will look into and gather few details and would update me. The turnaround was really quick and he NOT only ensured that I get a Loaner vehicle well on time BUT also delighted me by fixing the issue on my dashboard in surprisingly quick time. It has been a a wonderful experience on my first uncalled for service :-) where I was NOT charged a dime. I look forward to have an equally sound experience with the Scheduled ones. Thanks Kevin More
