He continues to be kind and professional, and he seems a genuinely nice person in addition to being a fantastic sales professional. We also were very impressed with Jennifer in finance who made that a very smooth and easy process. Similarly, Melissa did a great job giving us the full technology run down. They are all skilled at their jobs and Lexus is fortunate to have such great people in their employment. More

First timer This was my very first time buying a car with no experience at all. Roger was able to make everything simple and easy to understand. My entire experience at Lexus was great. Spend a few hours there during a Seahawks game and was able to comfortably watch the game while waiting. Everything was great until the end of the transaction where I sit down with finance to sign paper works. I just had a bad experience there. The gal I talked to made me feel ignorant and as well as belittle my parents. I just didn't feel good at the way she talked to me, her tone and choice of words. Other than that it was a wonderful experience that made me feel like part of the family More
