We drove several competitive cars, but could not find that overall package that made us want to change from Lexus. So when we were finally ready to trade in our 2007 RX350 for a new RX350 FSport, we were very happy with their price and cooperation to make us the deal we needed. Roger is very personable and knowledgeable, he helped us get the right price for the car we wanted, and a fair price for our trade. Plus he let us drive the different versions of the car so we would be certain we were getting the best one for our requirements. We now own our third RX350... we love this car... we just drove it over icy Stevens Pass and once again, it gave us confidence and comfort. More

The pre-owned Volvo we purchased had a catastrophic engine malfunction within the first two weeks that was unforseeable, but Roger, John and the service department did everything in their power to make it right. They put thousands of dollars into the repair of the Volvo and when we decided we were not comfortable with the vehicle, they refunded our purchase and sold us a Lexus RX350 instead. The honesty and integrity of the Lexus of Seattle Team was so refreshing. We look forward to doing business with Roger the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More

We were pretty sure we were purchasing that particular vehicle when Roger suggested we take a look at one more. It was perfect (almost perfect--previous owner smoked & it wasn't obvious until after we brought the car home). The car was a "fair" deal it wasn't a steal but the dealership did all that they said they would during our transaction. Roger is thorough and I would buy from him again. Nice first time experience buying a Lexus We are first time Lexus owners, and are hoping to be return buyers in the future. Most of the initial interaction with Roger was through phone/text as I am not a big fan of in person sales, and also wanted to walk in to the dealership with a pre-agreed upon price. The overall negotiation process was pretty simple and painless and the next day afternoon we arrived at the dealership with an appointment. There was some misunderstanding on the agreed upon price, but Roger was quick to resolve and within a couple of hours we were out and driving with our new vehicle. Even after the sale, Roger was very easy to get hold of and was very quick to answer any questions or provide help I needed. I also wanted to take this opportunity to point out Maranda in the Finance dept who was very helpful, but did provide some wrong information on the prepaid maintenance program. I was told that that I had to buy it at the point of sale or finance, which is not true. Based on information from Lexus, it can be purchased any time prior to completing 6,000 miles on the vehicle. In whole, it was a nice experience. More

Roger is nice, gentle and straight hit, didn't spent much time recommending Lexus protection plans, some of which are ridiculous expensive - hundreds of dollars for 3M protection film, imagine that. I think I will go to him the next time I buy a car. However, we did meet some annoying problems during the finance process. First, they failed to contact our bank agent to get vocal confirmation for the loan, because it's late Saturday. We have to go back another day to pick the car. Second they didn't accept bank check, and we had to go to a bank nearby to cashier check. I understand the laws and their rules, but I think this is something the shop can improve to provide better service. Customer first, isn't it? Also a reminder for new residents who don't have US credit score built yet, there may be some difficulties during the finance process, do ask questions in advance to save your time. More
