I love my 2017 RX350 Sport, but I also love the service I received at Lexus of Seattle. My salesperson, Roger, was knowledgable, personable, patient and knows great customer service. He listened to all the features I was looking for in a new car and what I was disappointed with in my current car. He offered suggestions, had me drive different models, listened some more and then helped hone my requests by steering me towards the perfect car. Buying a car is an overwhelming process. Roger made me feel like I had been educated on the car and it’s options. I left Lexus of Seattle thinking that I had bought the best car for me, and not that I had been wooed by all the bright & shiny without analyzing what was really important to me. We drove several competitive cars, but could not find that overall package that made us want to change from Lexus. So when we were finally ready to trade in our 2007 RX350 for a new RX350 FSport, we were very happy with their price and cooperation to make us the deal we needed. Roger is very personable and knowledgeable, he helped us get the right price for the car we wanted, and a fair price for our trade. Plus he let us drive the different versions of the car so we would be certain we were getting the best one for our requirements. The pre-owned Volvo we purchased had a catastrophic engine malfunction within the first two weeks that was unforseeable, but Roger, John and the service department did everything in their power to make it right. They put thousands of dollars into the repair of the Volvo and when we decided we were not comfortable with the vehicle, they refunded our purchase and sold us a Lexus RX350 instead. The honesty and integrity of the Lexus of Seattle Team was so refreshing. We look forward to doing business with Roger the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More

Purchasing another lexus from Lexus of Seattle I called an hour or two before we showed to look at a particular car. We were pretty sure we were purchasing that particular vehicle when Roger suggested we take a look at one more. It was perfect (almost perfect--previous owner smoked & it wasn't obvious until after we brought the car home). The car was a "fair" deal it wasn't a steal but the dealership did all that they said they would during our transaction. Roger is thorough and I would buy from him again. Jennifer in financing was swift and detailed. This was our 3rd Lexus not including a leased Lexus. More
