Vi Pham, the finance person was easy to work with us and did not pressure us to buy any additional add ons. Meissa Tracy explained all of the features of the new vehicle which we forgot most of. Had to call her back to activate the Sirius radio. David Watson in parts replaced the battery in our 2005 RX 330 key fob free of charge. All in all it was a great experience and will return when it's time to purchase our next vehicle. If your looking for a Lexus give Roger a call! More
