Since 2001 I have only owned a Lexus, and every time I visited a different car maker I was searching for a car for 3 months and I explored all makes. Since 2001 I have only owned a Lexus, and every time I visited a different car maker I kept revisiting th same question; “once this car hits 30,000 miles am I going to be able to afford to maintain it?”. Each time I came to the same conclusion, my best bet was sticking with Lexus! Roger was extremely helpful, low pressure and knowledgeable — most importantly, he was patient. Every time the model with the options I wanted came in a stock Roger would send me a text or email to let me know. Finally, I decided to make the purchase and I am so happy I did. Horrible sales department This review is strictly regarding the sales department. The service department is stellar. Our sales person tried pressure sales tactics and was ju This review is strictly regarding the sales department. The service department is stellar. Our sales person tried pressure sales tactics and was just rude about our wanting to think about the purchase until the next day. He made us wait extra-long until the dealership was actually closing then then tried to force a decision. He complained when we said we needed to wait until the next day to decide if we were going to purchase because he had come in on his day off. All the paperwork he could have done the previous day to help us make a decision and save time when I had come in for an assessment for a trade-in he did NOT do until we were sitting there in the office. In addition, he and the office had lost my vehicle registration the previous day and shrugged their shoulders about it and I was forced to drive without it until the next day when they happened to find it. When I complained to the sales manager he promised things would be addressed with this particular sales person, but clearly nothing was said because this person kept hounding us with emails and calls when we said we did not want the car. This was ridiculous and not what I was expecting after my husband and I had been bringing our cars to them for service for 4 years. More
