Kevin M was a fantastic service consultant before he started managing service, always made me feel welcome and I appreciate that Kevin M knew me well enough to match me up with Kevin H who continued with the welcoming and friendly tradition I feel at Lexus of Seattle. Patrick Conklin was also a delight to work with on financing and setting up my lease. Like the Kevins, his good sense of humor and friendliness was appreciated, especially at the very end of finalizing the sale and lease. An overall great experience! More

When we walked in, we thought we would have to place a deposit to wait for the model we wanted to be allocated to Lexus of Seattle. Luck explained the benefits of buying a model from the lot and helped us with an unexpected trade-in to get a great deal on our new Lexus! Had an excellent experience buying a used car here. I bring my car to the Lexus dealership because I expect to be told the truth and not be tricked into changing parts that don’t need to be replaced. The service tech wrote a recommendation for me to change the battery in my car at a cost of over $300. This was a recommendation made without even bothering to look at the battery. I had personally changed the battery out myself last year, which is why I knew that it was not in need of replacement. How many other parts have I been told that I need to change or replace, how many other parts will I be told I need to change or replace without bothering to even look at them first? This simple act has impacted my trust in this dealership. More

We did not have our checkbook with us, and could not get ahold of the bank as it was a weekend. Mark, our salesman, came and met us at our son's soccer game in Bothell (at least 25-minute drive for him) to ahold of the bank as it was a weekend. Mark, our salesman, came and met us at our son's soccer game in Bothell (at least 25-minute drive for him) to pick up the check from us. We were able to drive the car home without having paid the check first. In addition, we were able to get to the soccer game on time. This saved us a lot of driving and extra trips! Thank you, Mark! Your staff communication and service is excellent. The addition of a video walk-around by your technician, and it getting to me so quickly is an incredible feature -- gives me the option of scheduling for more service, or getting additional services done even before I check out. The option of a loaner car is nice to have in case the repair will take much longer than expected, more time is needed to wait for parts, or more extensive repair work will be needed. This is my second Lexus bought at this dealer and with the addition of a first class service center being second to none, I will likely continue to shop here for my next Lexus and next needed specialty service. When I arrived to drop my car off, some guy asked my name and appt time and then sent me over to another guy to check me in. Off-putting as the first guy didn't appear to be doing anything in the first place. I received the service video and suggested maintenance, one of which is draining the sunroof area due to water. My car doesn't have a sunroof, so either the tech or service tech lead (?) were not paying attention or thought I wasn't paying attention to approve anything. This isn't the first time it has happened and I wrote the first time off as a miss-click. Overall, I will use whatever maintenance vouchers I have, and then go elsewhere as it's clear I'm not valued as a customer after I purchased my car. More
