I had a service appointment with this dealership and I have a full service coverage with Lexus of Sacramento. The day of appointment, at 9:17, appointment for 9:30, I am early to my appointment, Brandon w have a full service coverage with Lexus of Sacramento. The day of appointment, at 9:17, appointment for 9:30, I am early to my appointment, Brandon was the advisor. He was so rude and disrespectful, I felt like I was being targeted. He refused to provide me a loaner, and stated my service is only 45 min to 3 hours long and he will get me a Uber. On the day I set up an appointment I made sure I was given a loaner because I had other appointments to handle and I won't be left without a car. He told me that rules have changed and you won't be given a loaner. Alright so now I am frustrated and looking for a way to change my days plans, he tell me I have a Lyft arranged to drop you to wherever u want to go, just stay outside. I walked outside expecting that the Lyft will be there in 10 or less mins. After 10 mins I walk inside and he hasn't even booked the ride. At 1:30 pm I receive a call from him that the car is ready to be picked up. I didn't bother to ask him for a ride and had my friend drop me off. When I arrive to pick up my car, my car wasn't even done at 2:30 pm. I had to ask Brandon to fulfill the company promise, and he didn't bother to go take a look if the car was even ready. I left there at around 2:53 pm with a very nice note on my dashboard reminding me that a loaner can only be given if the service is more than 3 hours long. Hey I have been a customer long enough to know what I paid for. This advisor is very racist and he think he can disrespect women and specially people of color. This is how I was feeling the day I went to have my services rendered here at Lexus of Sacramento. I hope no one feels like this and I hope no one gets this advisor. My whole day plan was messed up just to accommodate a customer service rep at Lexus of Sacramento. Later I spoke to Russ the supervisor, at Lexus of Sacramento and according to him there is no such rules that has changed. More
