Nick, and his choice to have Darren as his assistant are two people that recognize the value of returning clients, their loyalties to this business and the potential they have for rerurning business and referrals for Lexus of Sacramento, which by the way I referred, Mark Johson of Grass Valley to Lexus of Sacramento; he purchase a new Lexus this past year after I purchased two of your vehicles. I would suggest you honor these two individuals and train the rest of your staff, especially newly positioned sales managers as well to recognize these potential in returning customers such as myself as Nick and Darren have, AND not take advantage of them!
