I was quickly greated by someone as I drove up and I was told who will be with me soon. Eric listened to my car needs carefully and when I asked him I did not want any extra services offered now, he respect told who will be with me soon. He gave me the exact time my service will take and he said that they can wash and vacuum my car as well which was surprising to me b/c for the last 3 years I was not offered that at the Roseville dealership.
