I have been a customer of this dealership for over 20 years. Over the past few service appointments, I have found that the service department has gone downhill. After the last three services, I have had years. Over the past few service appointments, I have found that the service department has gone downhill. After the last three services, I have had to return my car to them because the original setvice issue wasn’t been resolved (I live almost 30 minutes from the dealership). This past service, was the most egregious, After a few days of having my vehicle serviced, we kept smelling a chlorine beach smell. We ultimately discovered that they failed to refill my radiator fluid. The receptacle was bone dry. I contacted a service manager and he gave me a measly $75.00 off of the next service. Ridiculous. More
