Bought a new car one week ago and the battery was faulty. It was the second time it died and they said they ran tests but said they found nothing and that they couldn't help me any further. They had my new car 13 days. Said it was good to go. Still needed new battery - had it 2 more days. Husband picked up car - my phone will not connect. Radio does not work. If this service department knows anything - you would think by now they would have my car working. August 13 - service person called me. I told her all the problems - she said she needed to make a phone call - would call me right back. It is now almost noon next day - no call. My feeling is - the service department is totally incompetent. I used to love my car - now I wish I had never bought it. I’m sure I will never buy another car from this dealership - and maybe never a Lexus‼️ More
