Every time I have tried to reach service department they are never available and I have left many message. I have to go to the dealership to talk to someone Which I had to do twice for different problems. Y are never available and I have left many message. Which caused me problems I tried to get resolved from Lexus but never called back, so I had to explain to Karr what my problem was. They were are to figure out what happen and was able to help me. Explain mistake Lexus made. And the biggest problem was the oil for life program that Kevin sold me. Made me think it was $383 total cost which it's $5700 big difference. I advised I want to cancel this program. Kevin said it was done in Dec 22 then found out he didn't doing till Jan and that's only because I ask for something in writing it's canceled. Once the car was sold Lexus customer service went out the door. So I am not happy. I do love the car on good thing More
