Overall my car is taken care of and liked that we could get a loner. Cons- communication can be improved and costs can be cheaper. Didn't know that he was off on Monday and when I couldn't reach him I called the dealership and was told that somebody will reach out to me but nobody did despite me calling couple of times on Monday. When I took my car for servicing I asked them not to rotate my tires as I got that done 2 weeks back, but my bill included tire rotation that's why I tried to reach them. Since I couldn’t reach anybody on Monday, they did rotate my tires and I had to ask them to redo them. They are definitely better than Roseville Lexus (but this is my first time here). More
