First, I want to give praise and a thank you to Carlos Cave for his professional help and knowledge when purchasing my certified 2020 Lexus 350 two months ago. I left the dealership feeling safe and confident that I had made the right choice. Two months later I had a flat tire and because I have an old cell phone i couldn't get Lexus Roadside Assistance or AAA. But, I did get Carlos. He "went the extra mile" and had Roadside Assistance call me! My son-in-law got there first and put the spare tire on and I got home safely. I called and made an appointment to bring my car in the next day. Secondly, on my way to the dealership riding with a spare tire the pressure light comes on and starts to blink!! My home is about 35 miles from your dealership. By the time I got there, my blood pressure was high and I had said every prayer I know! This is when I meet Darron Malone because Carlos was busy and he left me in good hands. Darron is also very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He looked at the "blown-out tire" and had all four tires checked. Darron explained the paper work and said I need two new tires. Now my blood pressure goes up again and I let him know. But Darron is patient and we were both glad to see Carlos check in with us but had to return to his customer. I did get two new tires. But before I left I had Darron check the tire pressure light and it was still lit up! This is where Darron "went the extra mile" and took the car back to get checked. Sure enough the pressure sensor had been damaged and was replaced due to the thoughtfulness, knowledgeable, and patient Darron Malone. Thank you for helping an old lady in time of need.
