I just wanted provide feedback regarding Mitch in the Service department. Every time we meet with him, he has been great. He is very professional yet also friendly. He makes sure I have a loaner or a Service department. Every time we meet with him, he has been great. He is very professional yet also friendly. We experienced a couple issues with our 2007 LS460. First issue was a failure of the amplifier module. I called Lexus of Portland and got no help, I called Lexus USA and still no solution to shut off First issue was a failure of the amplifier module. When I called Lexus of Sacramento they told me what they thought the problem was immediately. Mitch Dean took the car into the service bay and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. The following day, Friday, we were in St Helena, CA for a Saturday wedding and had a total battery failure which locked the car down. We had issues trying to jump it. Lexus USA was only willing to tow it to Santa Rosa, where the dealer told me they could not even look at the car until the following Thursday. Since I was walking the bride down the aisle, it was important for me to attend the wedding. After 4 hours and two tow trucks we got the car started and I drove it to Sacramento late Friday night. On Saturday the service dept opens at 8:00 am and Mitch got our car in an out in about 30 minutes. Mitch Dean was unbelievably professional and caring. My wife and I were really stressed about making the wedding,and getting the car back into working condition. It was not fun to be stranded on a Friday night 600 miles from home and get little help from most of the Lexus people I talked with. Lexus was willing to pay to take the car to the closest dealer, but they could not look at it for 5 more days. We needed to get the car 90 miles to a dealer who would fix it. Mitch calmly went through our best options and was helping us all the way. Mitch commented that all we really needed was someone who cared. He truly cared and is a huge asset to Lexus of Sacramento. We truly thank him! More
I would like to express my appreciation for a job well done on my 2006 IS 350, my service writer Mike was extremely helpful, he suggested while the valve springs were being changed that the spark plugs be done on my 2006 IS 350, my service writer Mike was extremely helpful, he suggested while the valve springs were being changed that the spark plugs be changed also beings they were due to be soon, thus saving me money and time. The service was accomplished by tech #358, Chris, he finished the service in a timely manor , after he was finished the engine looked as if it had never been touched ! I'm kind of a car nut so I looked at the engine prior to leaving the shop. Chris had the engine as clean as it was prior the major work that was accomplished, he's the kind of mechanic I truly appreciate. All work was flawless ! Thank you Lexus for employing this caliber of employee! More
Everytime we have visited the dealership, there appears to always be the same friendly staff and many always remember you by name. Today I took our car in for work to be done and was surprised how fast to always be the same friendly staff and many always remember you by name. When I commented about it, I was told I had made an appointmen and was from out of town, 1 1/2 hours away, it was therefore expedited. While we had to wait they provided another Lexus (new) to drive while we had to wait. We were given an option of three different models. Every time we have taken the car in for service or repair it has always been as we had expected, never a complaint and always within their very accurate estimate Refreshments were provided while we waited, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water and pastries. The restrooms are always spotless. This means a lot to my wife. More

My first experience with Lexus of Sacramento was to complete the required oil/filter change. 1) we were pleasantly surprised that the dealership offered this service at a VERY competitive price - AND the information is stored conveniently in their database for future reference. 2) I was able to set up my own personal account on-line, AND schedule my own appointment - VERY convenient. 3) Upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately welcomed by Brandy before exiting my vehicle. She was expecting me. Her friendliness and knowledge assured me we made the right decision for service. 4) The facility was extremely user friendly. Coffee, donuts, clean and modern waiting area, tons of excellent reading material. Overall, an excellent experience. Lexus of Sacramento understands exceptional customer service. For this business professional, this type of service is truly appreciated. We will definately be back for all our Lexus needs. More

The manager & the entire staff including shop crew. The latest service I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent care of service consultant Mike Huttleston and tech Arturo Sanchez, my IS350 needed campaign 9LC, elect power steering replacement, 9LA, fuel delivery rail pipes replacement 9LB, rear brake caliper inspection, plus TSIB#L-SB-0121-08 Install updated pads.. My vehicle was done in a timely manor !! The entire staff and shop crew set a very high goal for other automotive service organizations to attempt match... I have such confidence in their service I was up early and took a 220 mile trip in my IS350, didn't have any problems, didn't expect any.. This dealership has always treated me like family!!!!! More
Great car buying but terrible service department. They are inept and dishonest in their repairs. I even complained to the GM who to date has not returned my call.
