Oil, filter and wiper blades changed was done to my car. Only question is, every time oil change is done ( I think this was the third time), it always over fill to the dip stick marker when hot. I called Christina on Saturday morning because of a tire problem that prevented us from driving our LS430 on a scheduled trip over the weekend. She told me to bring the car in and a loaner would be provide problem that prevented us from driving our LS430 on a scheduled trip over the weekend. When we arrived at your dealership Christina examined the tire and determined that they would have to contact the company for warranty assistance and a new tire. because of the workload that could not be done until Monday. At that point she secured a loaner car for us and sent us on our way. Without Christina's assistance we would have been forced to cancel our trip. I really appreciated Christina's help On Monday Brandy called and said that the tire had been replaced. I asked her to have a technician check a few other items that needed attention. The technician checked on the items I was concerned about and Brandy called to tell me that the items were ok and did not need any repair. I really appreciated her having someone look at the items at a moments notice. Although I was charged $140 for replacement of a tire that was out its full warranty period by only 7 days I really appreciated Christina and Brandy's customer service. . More

I bought two cars at this dealership, the second, only because of my great service experience with Jeff Dyke with the first one. He has earned my trust and taken great care of my cars. Always easy to set an appointment and he makes it very easy to take good care of my care. I drive from Stockton simply because of the great service and because I know the dealership will stand behind thier work. I just can not think of anything they could do better. I am a very satisified customer. The cost may be a bit more expensive then a local shop in town, but the quality, convienience and level of service makes it a great value....... More
The Dealership is very pleasant and clean. They take good care of my car. The rating of good on the price was hard for me. The car was only 2 months old with 942 miles. My feeling is I bought a new RX450h from you and received no warranty from you or the mfg. That made may experience down from great. More
