With no appointment we were seen by James promptly and had our needs analyzed without much wait. Zack also assisted us with his assessments. When it was discovered the replacement tire had to be ordered we were given the option of having a loner car for a few days. How can you beat that, a chance to try out a fairly new Lexus with all the bells and whistles. Such a luxury and a temptation! We love our own Lexus like a family member, but give amazing praise for the new features in this loner car and it was exciting to test. Really fun to drive and exceptional comfort. Service with arranging the use of this vehicle was also a pleasure with Danny Mae and an easy process as well. The work was done on time and we were given ample notice to pick up our car, but with no pressure for time. As always our car was given a nice car wash so it sparkled when it was ready. After return of the vehicle, it was later discovered that we had left an item behind, again Lexus spared no time in helping us retrieve this item and we are especially grateful. Customer service was great both on the phone as well as in the dealership. As always a excellent experience. Thank you Lexus! More

Nice waiting area with WIFI and plenty to read. Had a follow up item with the service manager, and Dave was extremely helpful and generous with his time (and even supplied me with some tire dressing when I mentioned that what the dealer was using worked better than what I have been able to find myself). Dave really goes the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied with their service. I am very fortunate that this is our local Lexus dealer. More
